2. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep car details, prices and photos accurate, but they may change without notice. Only the price and specs in the sale contract are final.
3. Prices & installments
Installments shown are estimates on a flat-rate basis; the final payment is set by the bank based on your credit profile. Minimum down payment is 20% under UAE Central Bank rules.
4. Booking & test drives
Booking and test-drive requests through the site are not binding until confirmed by our team. A valid driving licence must be shown for a test drive.
5. Offers
Offers are valid for a limited period or while stocks last, and offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
6. Selling & trade-in
The initial valuation is not binding; the final price is set after inspection at the showroom and document verification.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, including text, designs and logos, is owned by Al Qassim Group and may not be used without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
