Terms and Conditions
This website is operated by Al Qasim Group for Cars, registered in the Sharjah International Airport Free Zone under license number ......, with the registered address P.O. Box 120123 in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
"Al Qasim Group for Cars" is a company with a commercial registration number ........... duly registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, headquartered in Sharjah, and engaged in vehicle inspection and trade.
The price estimates provided through our website for selling your car are based on the information you provide about the car and should not be considered a price offer from us to buy your car.
Before we offer to buy any car, we conduct an inspection at one of our centers. You can schedule an inspection appointment after receiving the estimated price (price estimate).
The car's value is determined based on its history and condition, including its unique features and any modifications that may have been added, which may not be visible to us during the online price estimation. Therefore, the estimated price online may differ from the price we offer after the inspection at one of our centers.
We will offer to buy the car for a specified price after conducting the inspection at one of our centers.
Any offer to purchase the car—and consequently the related contract—will only be valid between us and you, exclusively after you sign the written purchase contract approved by us following the inspection. The contract is subject to these terms and conditions and will not contain any other standard terms or conditions.
We expect you to hand over the car keys upon signing the contract, along with the registration documents, any service records, and other user manuals, as well as any attached accessories such as the wheel lock nut or remote control. We also expect you to remove your personal belongings from the car.
We will then proceed with the cancellation of the car registration, which will require your cooperation as agreed in the purchase agreement.
Our website provides a selected group of car dealers the opportunity to sell cars to Sell Any Car, which were offered and sold by a third party to these dealers.
The dealer must conduct a visual and technical car inspection and submit an inspection report according to the guidelines provided by our website regarding the design of the inspection report and the information mentioned therein, then upload the inspection report to the Sell Any Car system. The dealer will be granted login credentials accordingly.
Based on the uploaded inspection report, the dealer will receive a purchase offer, but the report will be subject to practical inspection by Sell Any Car to verify its accuracy.
Once Al Qasim Group for Cars confirms the quality of the inspection report, it will notify the dealer electronically or in writing. If the inspection report is verified and confirmed accurate, the purchase agreement will be approved. If the inspection report fails the quality check, the purchase agreement becomes invalid.
To execute the purchase agreement between the dealer and the Al Qasim Group for Cars website, these terms and conditions apply accordingly.
Disclosure of the system access method or login information to any third party is not allowed.
The dealer must obtain the previous car owner's personal data, car specifications, and sale details to the Al Qasim Group for Cars website, and inform the previous car owner that Al Qasim Group for Cars has the right to use this information in accordance with the Al Qasim Group for Cars website's privacy policy.
After you hand over the car according to paragraph 3, we will pay you for it via electronic bank transfer to your bank account after the ownership transfer is completed.
Our approved payment method is bank transfer, which usually takes between one to two business days for local transfers, noting that transfers are usually completed on the same day of sale.
We may be delayed in making payments due to an event outside our control. If such an event occurs, we will not be responsible for this delay.
o You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract to sell the car;
o You are at least 18 years old;
o To the best of your knowledge, information, and belief:
§ You are the sole owner of the car;
§ No one has any claims regarding the car except for any financing issues that you have disclosed to us, if any;
§ The car's mileage reading is accurate and has not been tampered with;
§ You have disclosed to us all matters that a prudent buyer would want to know, such as significant mechanical issues or damages;
§ All the information you provided about the car (whether during online price estimation or at any inspection appointment at our centers or otherwise) is true and accurate in all respects;
§ The car is registered in the United Arab Emirates.
Even when there are outstanding liabilities on the car from an agreement you may have entered into previously with a third party, we may agree to buy it, exclusively on the condition that we receive a written statement from the third party specifying the remaining amount required to settle the financial agreement in full.
We will pay exactly the same amount to the third party we agree with you in writing in the contract. We will make this payment as soon as practically possible after signing the contract and after receiving any outstanding amount from you under the following terms:
o If the price:
§ Is higher than the amount required for the full settlement of any outstanding liability under any financial agreement, we will pay you the difference;
§ Is lower than the amount required for the full settlement of any outstanding liability under any financial agreement, you must pay us the difference.
o We reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the amount to cover any hidden fees that may arise during the settlement of your liabilities with the third party. We will refund these withheld amounts if no hidden fees or additional costs exist.
We are not responsible and bear no liability for any loss of income or profits or any loss in your business or expected savings. However, this clause does not deprive you of your right to claims for loss or damage to your tangible property resulting from our gross negligence.
The maximum total liability we have towards you under or in connection with any contract we enter into with you does not exceed the value of the car.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way for:
o Death or personal injury caused by us;
o Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any contract you enter into with us is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this contract are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless the car inspection is conducted in another country; in which case, the contract is governed by the laws of that country, and any disputes or claims arising out of or related to the contract are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country where we operate.
We may use the information you provide us when estimating the price online and/or when contracting with us for the purpose of processing your due payments and handling any complaints if needed. Access to and use of this website is only permitted for your personal, non-commercial purposes, meaning it is allowed for individuals accessing and using it for their own purposes. Any access and use of this website for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
The following uses of this website are prohibited:
o Any illegal, fraudulent, or commercial purpose;
o To create, verify, confirm, update, or modify databases, records, or directories for you or others;
o Using any automated software, process, program, robot, web crawler, data mining, phishing, or any other scraping software, processes, programs, or systems.
We allow you to operate a link to this website provided that you do so in a fair and lawful manner that does not harm our reputation or take advantage of it, as we determine.
We do not allow you to operate a link to our website in any way that suggests or implies any association, approval, or endorsement by us.

The assumptions we will make about your car:
Free from damages, including internal and mechanical damages.
Two copies of the keys are available.
It is not an imported car.
Meets the specifications approved in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Has never been written off from insurance.
Has never been used for driving instruction, rental, private hire, or as an ambulance or police car.
Is not in extremely poor condition.
Wear and tear:
We assume that your car is in a reasonable condition considering its age and mileage. We also assume that there are no major mechanical defects. Reasonable condition for wear and tear does not apply if there are damages caused by you.
Inspection at our centers:
We always inspect cars at our centers before purchasing them since not all customers are experts in car evaluation. Our offer to you after inspection may differ from the estimated price online because the car's value is influenced by its history and condition, including unique features and modifications that may not be visible to us when estimating the price online.
Our guarantees:
We guarantee to buy every car we inspect; however, changes in the market value of your car may alter the price we set for it.
